Amarillo Society for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals

The Amarillo SPCA annual meeting was held 1-31-2010 at The Plaza restaurant.  Because of the weather and the postponement it was decided to allow proxies.  Since every one that wanted to vote may not have been aware of the use of proxies there was a special deadline made to submit proxies.  The president will be sending cards to members that were not at the meeting and did not already submit a proxy to allow you to submit a proxy.  If you have not received a card you can request one here.  The new board will be finalized by 2-15-2010.
